    Fantastic filter, water tastes great too! Was a bit tricky to adjust the flow rate with the base plate on, because if you turned the unit it changed the flow rate. So I left the plate off and got it right. Works great!!

    I received my unit and it was everything that you said it would be, at first it didn’t seem to work but when I we adjusted the valve underneath and the water flowed . I am very happy with the beautiful water that I am drinking .

    The filter seems to work fine, although getting the pH up seems to have limits and is tedious to control flow. We are in Sydney with the supply water being very good anyway and is at 7.6 pH. After the filter it reaches 9.0, we needed around 9.5 to 10, mainly for acidity control, which unfortunately, isn’t happening, or atleast isn’t quite as well managed as it was using a plate machine, which we were using at pH 9.5. Waiting to hear of any suggestions from Alka way.

    Very happy with this unit . Was sceptical at first but after plunging what seems like a small fortune into this product I am happy to say that it was worth every penny . I was spending a few dollars per day on high quality bottle water and guess what! My tap water is now the best water I have ever tasted. Did a pH test with original tap water expensive bottled water and filtered tap water . My water before filter was almost acidic it was boarder line after running it through the filter it went to about a 9.5 on the scale which is really good . The bottled expensive water was about a 8. When you drink this filtered water you can really tell the difference, drinking 2L of water per day is no longer a chore. Trust me. Just buy it. PS I am not a paid advertising and I didn’t get anything to write this review. (Although I would like some freebies lol)

    We recently ordered the Benchtop Ultrastream and wow have we been impressed! I had previously been looking at the $4000 water filtration systems, and had been putting off purchasing a filter because it was such an expense. I had been drinking boxed filtered water for a long time thinking it was basically the same thing. Once the COVID – 19 virus hit, I couldn’t find boxed water anywhere….so started to research affordable alternatives, which led me to the Ultrastream. It was so well researched and there was so much information available I had to try it. Both my partner and I love the water- it tastes better than the natural stream water I grew up on! Also I have been having really bad stomach and skin issues over the last few years which no natural remedy has seemed to fix. We tested the PH of the box water when the kit arrived and were shocked to find it was only a 6. I do believe this was the problem as after a few days on the new water, my constantly upset stomach and bloating went away. Two weeks later my skin issues have all cleared up and I have the most energy I have had in a long time! Thankyou SO much for bringing an affordable and effective product to market – it has really positively impacted my health and hence my life!

    Our Ultrastream Benchtop arrived very quickly and was very easy for me to set up and get working. We are enjoying our lovely fresh water and I find I am starting to replace some of my tea and coffees with our ‘magic water’ as we call it.

    As a fellow water snob, it’s great. There’s not much to say.. great taste, clean as ever, I drink it all day every day. Simpler the better if you ask me, which is exactly what this thing exudes. But don’t get me wrong, there is no compromise on effectiveness and quality. If my name was government I’d give everyone one of these. Serious.

    Extremely helpful, fast and friendly service. Love the Ultra stream! Just a thought though, maybe its wiser to ask people for a photo/measurement of their taps aerator prior to sending the ultrastream benchtop? That way you send the correct divertor to match, and dont need to send them spare divertors (which cost you money), then theres also no delays re the customer using their product.

    Water quality and make is good . Water inlet could have had better designed, easy plug and remove whenever its required , it is bit inconvenient to use tap while having inlet pipe hanging.
