AlkaWay Repair Policy
Email us for product repair and we will supply you with:
– A Return Authorization Number (RA#).
– A Product Repair & Service Sheet.
All Items sent back for repair must include:
- Proof of Purchase
- A completed & signed Product Repair & Service Sheet.
- A RA# clearly seen on the outside of the package**
** If a RA# is not clearly displayed o the outside of your package your unopended parcel will come back to you.
A conditon of Warranty is that you MUST retain your Proof of Purchase. If no Proof of Purchase is provided then AlkaWay will not be able to fulfil the Warranty for your water ionizer.
UltraStream Replacement Filters
You can sign up here for an email reminder for a replacement filter. Regular replacement of filters is an important part of making sure the quality of your water remains high. When filters are not replaced on a regular basis toxins from the filter will be release back into the drinking water.
